Anyone using Adbeat or WhatRunsWhere

Hi all,

I'm thinking of running some campaigns for CPA. But looking for inspiration and ways to avoid wasting a lot of time. I'm wondering whether Adbeat or WhatRunsWhere (or any other tool) is effective for CPA to look for the best campaigns and learn from them ?

I've used WhatRunsWhere and was dissapointed by it... they have too much brand ads, and very few affiliate ads..
