So, I placed an order with the seller last Friday, he said it would take 2 days, by Monday there was no word from him so I asked him about my order and he said he would do it that day or the next one. No apologize, or explanation on why he hadn't delivered the work the day before or let me know he wouldn't deliver it.

Now it's Friday, the work should have been delivered two days ago and again no news from the seller.

I work with customers myself and if I can't make the deadline for some reason, the least I can do is let them know and apologize, not leave them hanging for 5 days waiting for their order.

Yes, he is right. I couldn't meet deadline in his project due to some urgent orders from different clients. But I have just delivered his order. The project was little tricky still I should have informed him correctly about TAT. I apologize from my part.
