for the website, i cant make a website on them coz it'll get closed or copyrighted stuff idk and for cpa its tier 3 mostly so!

Considering that the audience is, virtually, your potential money and considering it's from 3rd country (basically shitty money for CPA and Ads), you may try to sell something, even if it's not related since you can get copyright striked, go for a related BUT general product (example, musician artist: sell instruments that such artist plays, etc..)

you can try and sell stuff that your audience might be interested in (not the copyrighted stuff but something that generally attracts people of that region/gender/age)

Get creative with it. Products with silhouettes, mannerism or traits of an artist (think ZZ Top, coffee mug, poster print or white tee with black print that has a hat, sunglasses and pointy beard w/no facial outline). Cheap rubber or pleather bracelets "What Would XYZ Do?". Run multi-day giveaway contests followed by BOGO deals after the winners are announced for people who didn't win, etc.
