New gmail account not working for adword cloaking?

i using new gmail account fo google ads , setup the campaign for safe page (new domain & new host)
it's already approve but not run.

anybody can use new gmail account to run google ads successful?
how many day for safe to start cloaking?

New account take time to approve adds so wait and not use new account a cloaker wait some days run adds with out cloaker after some days use a cloaker

OP buy aged accounts for cloaking, they are cheap and you can find easily in BHW marketplace. New account get in review for most of the time.

I would not agree with this at all. I can use brand new Gmail accounts for ADS accounts without any problems. It doesn't matter if it is new or aged. It matters how it was created....
