How could I stop being lazy/negative person

hi all , I start my IM business 8 Yrs ago , that time I was younger more ambitious , first I tried to learn programming (started with HTML/CSS , and little PHP) ,I create my first WP theme and then I create my first website (as portfolio BTW) , since no one ordered web-design from me I decide to continue work on my website which got little popular specially after I learn SEO , and I mad average money of it .
4 Yrs ago all my sites collapsed ( for multiple reasons ) and I stop making any money .
To be honest G update give me more frustration , as I spent on one year 500$ on SEO buying expired domains etc without any ROI .
No I had very long list of future project/ides I write or even I start develop without finishing any one of them ,
You may shock how long my list are sometimes I feels these project are way bigger then me , e.g the latest one i start working on is develop IPTV subscription board/system "I know their is one but it too expensive and I don't trust others tools " , and many other tools sit on my HDD no one can make anything useful out of them because they are just simple php files with not automation/DB connection .
even I'm too lazy but my laziness not the one that hold me , but lake of motivation and vision , I can't accept more failure .

Take a hard offline job for a few months, like buildings or stuff like that, Work outside. Then come back with a fresh mind.

Ask your self, is this the lowest you can go with frustration about yourself? If isn't the lowest, repeat the circle and make yourself more disappointed about your life till you're over the head. When you really hit rock bottom just decide to put your life back together.

I don't know how old are you but after turning 25 your brain becomes more analytical because it's fully developed, when you were younger you were easier moved by emotions like enthusiasm, that's why you had a better vision. Now remove the brain fog and start writing specific plans again, but focus only on a single bullet, otherwise you'll be again all over the place. Good luck!

Im on a similar situation.

8 years ago when i started with IM stuff i was ambitious and started a lot of projects. Some worked and still make money until today (btw thats how i live, whit this passive income), but from 4 years till now im totally lazy not going in on any project and just starting new things every time and stoping (losing money).

Almost trying to work on a 9-5 job (never did it) to see how shitty it is and coming back motivated to work online again.

You can only go so much down in your life and when you reached the rock bottom, the only way is to go UP in the ladder.

We all get lazy and demotivated every now and then but you'll have to understand it's just that moment which makes you feel down and it won't continue forever. There is nothing permanent in our life. Including our feelings.

Practice mindfulness. It will help you get on track.

Anxiety/Depression/Stress something to name a few are all what occupies your mind when you feel lazy/de-motivated. Find the root cause and take a initiative to fix just that. You can't expect a miracle to happen when you don't take an effort to move from your comfort zone like your chair with PC/laptop. Get out of your comfort zone. Take a small ride to a place which you've never visited before. It'd help if it's in nature with lot of trees/rivers. Sit calmly and think why you're here and what you want to do with your life. Come up with a plan of action and write down all the steps in a note/smartphone. Complete the tasks one by one. As like eating and sleeping, form a new habit that you should do everyday without skipping. It could be learning new programming language for 1 hour everyday or testing out a new method that you just discovered.

We humans evolved and surviving on this planet in 21st century only because of all the trial and errors our ancestors have gone through. If they had quit, we wouldn't exist in this place. Think that for a moment and follow what our ancestors had taught us. ie., keep fighting until you see the victory.

Ideas are plentiful. Execution is everything. If you have too many ideas you WILL fail. Pick something, work your ass off on it.

While doing that work a proper job (part time even) just to keep you motivated in wanting to get out of that job

+1 for mindfulness it is absolutely life changing for everybody who I met who practices it.

Start eating better. It sounds dumb but its the first step in hormone replacement therapy. Your testosterone (I assumed your a man) will shoot up after a few days and you'll be on fire.
If you're eating crap and processed food, its deregulating your hormones, making your feel tired and lazy. If you sometimes feel like in your head you want to do all these things but you get stopped/trapped by your "motivation", its your hormones. More veggies, tuna, eggs etc..

Also if you work on the computer a lot, try to stretch on a daily basis. Our spine gets compressed from our postures and we get a bunch of weird feelings and fatigue from it.

Not as magic of a solution as you might have expected, but it does make a HUGE difference.

you know I stop believe what sht Movies says ages ago but what Silvester Stallone said on 1:38 absolutely true , in fact what's makes me give-up fast is my parents trying protect me from life , that I always tried to escape from . I don't what to gain some empathy here but civil war on my country made lost sedate thing , even while I write this replay their was heavy gunshot I hear outside I prefer live in quite tin house better than the place I'm in now .

I'm living on a Muslim country "even I'm not Muslim anymore" but sharia law still on the charge no one can easily have GF and getaway with it . marriage is way way expensive .
==edit== I may need a friend/partner not GF , so we can share ideas and made solution and support each other , I have bachelor computer science , and honesty I can't get into people that easy , since they have very different way of thing then mine

when I start IM I was in 29 Ys old the guy who push me do relearn programming again was 8 Yrs younger then me , that time I told him I'm done I'm almost 30 Yrs old and done nothing big on my life , but he convince me to try again for a last time , I learn HTML like I was swallowing bitter medicine .

in fact I already had plane from my self ,
first get away from my fked country .
2d find nice comfortable positive GF(outside my country of curse) "Asian GF maybe!" .
3rd - outsourcing , this may looks hard to manage at first , but once you got the train on the rails everything lather will be just routine .
4th (this maybe the first ) if you have money go to some Caribbeans/equator islands and live their for (1-3 months ) without Internet phones etc

I find that the best motivation comes from not having any resources, making you stuck where you are. After I sold my first company, poor money management skills made me bankrupt. I guess the only excuse is that it was more money than I ever saw in my life so I started spending it on shit I never really needed. Bankruptcy is something you DO NOT want to experience. Being right at the bottom gives you the drive you really need to propel forward. Try finding that spot that makes you depressed in your life and leverage it for productivity.
