Hi everyone i was wondering since i'm a green rookie in this, How can i point my domain to an vps hosting in a way the hosting doesn't know which domain register i use !
For Example will this work ? if i point my godady domain NS to cloud flare then in hosting add the domain to vps hosting package , would that work ?

Why would you want to hide your registrar from your hosting?

In any case, a simple whois of your domain will split out your registrar. No matter how and where you point it.

Yes the best way is to point your domain to cloudflare, then use cloudflare as your DNS and r direct it to your VPS.

If your host really wants to find out, they likely can. But this way the public will have a harder time finding your host.

hi thanks will try this one after 48 hours )) will update the post later on

there's no way you can do that your domain registrar info is shown in your whois records so unless you buy a whois protection there's no way

Even with Whois protection, you can still see the domain registrar. So it’s not possible.

Anyway, why would it matter if your host knows your domain registrar? Provide your reasons and there might be a different approach.
