I was given a free NVMe SSD VPS recently in exchange for a review. I have taken some time to test out everything including the servers performance, the providers web portal and the support. Here's my feedback -

Server performance
The server performance is very good - I first received the server running Windows and it was fast to download files, fast to transfer files and fast to compress files using 7z. In these tests it appeared very fast compared to other VPS systems I have used in the past.

Hosting provider web portal and control panel
The portal provided for managing the VPS is very good - its easy to stop, start and reload the VPS as well as installing a new OS. For testing I decided to reformat the VPS and install Linux which was fast and easy. There was a small issue after I had done that, but it gave me a chance to test out the support.
In addition, a cool feature with this provider is that you can perform VM backup and restore operations directly from the web portal - apparently you get 3 backup slots for storing snapshots of your VM.

Support
I had an issue after I reinstalled the VPS with Linux - I was not able to get in via ssh. I opened up a support ticket for this and the response was very efficient - I received a reply within around 10 minutes notifying me that it was being investigated, then another reply around 45 minutes after that, notifying me of the issue and proposed resolution.
Once I confirmed how I wanted to proceed, the issue was resolved within 45 minutes.

I also had a chat with @tutughosh about the infrastructure and services they are providing and hearing some of the details its clearly a robust operation and a very knowledgeable team behind this setup.

The front-end of the site is also very nice, easy to use interface.

Bad Points
Only bad points - Couple of places in the web portal I noticed icons had the "image not found" error on them so thats something to look into. Also please get rid of those old style captcha images and get some recaptcha on the go

Summary
Very fast systems, easy to use interface and great support. Definitely a provider I would recommend and also use in the future.
