We are an outdoor startup, we have several funnels but at the moment we have chosen to focus on survival gear. On the front end, we have a few F+S offers to get customers through the door and on the backend, we sell expensive equipment, run a monthly membership and do high ticket events both in Europe and the US. Lots of $$$$ to be made and we have a few guys on board at the moment. We are more than happy to negotiate the % split (most of the time we have 100% on the front end and up to 50% on the backend) but it depends on the funnels you want to run. Whatever works best for you.
