Stripe - different website?

I got some review copy of Stripe account, how to use it in proper way?
It is business verified for some other website but how to use it on my website? Stripe is checking http referer or sth like this?

You need to check with them if they allow your business before even signup with them. Payment gateways are not that easy to game.

I don't exactly know how Stripe operates, but faking the http referrer in itself is easy, however if they ever find out, you'll be in trouble.
