GOT AN EMAIL FROM CLOUDFLARE

Hello,

It was a VBUCKS (Fortnite) Niche.

So I got an email from Cloudflare:

Cloudflare received a DMCA copyright infringement complaint regarding:


Please be aware Cloudflare is a network provider offering a reverse proxy,
pass-through security service. We are not a hosting provider. Cloudflare does
not control the content of our customers.

The actual host for are the following IP addresses.
192.154.97.50. Using the following command, you can confirm the site in
question
is hosted at that IP address: curl -v -H "Host:

Below is the complaint we received:

I think CF simply forwarded a message to you. CF may or may not do something. The guy claiming the fortnite trademark and copyright might do something though.

No it was a "Get Free V Bucks" page with a content locker

Hm, then I'm not sure if having their product name in the directory path breaks their trademark....I think this is fair use. Having the trademark on the domain name on the other hand could be trouble. In your case if your only transgression is having the name in the path then I think you'redoing nothing wrong. But IANAL.
 
do you have everything registered anon? if not, then shut down the site right away

Everything with 100% Real Details. What do you mean by shutdown? They closed down my hosting (NameCheap, Closed download my Cloudflare and Suspended my domain Access Panel on namecheap as well)
 
They will just forward that DMCA notice to your hosting company. Your hosting company will probably give you some time to comply with the notice. For offshore hosting, they will do nothing.
