SEO for escort directory

Hi,
I need to improve SEO for an escort directory. It's a new site (mid 2018) with about 150k listings (mostly stolen, spunned text). There hasn't been much link building or SEO'ing done YET. Looking to get positions on "_city_name_ escorts" terms. I've looked at offers in the "link building" sections - it seems, most of them do not do "escort" niche.

Question 1: Does anybody do this kind of links here? (send details, offers, links to BHW threads)
Question 2: In your opinion, what's the best combination of links/SEO techniques to achieve positions in escort niche?

Looking at competition - they are sittings on MOUNTAINS of spam:
- web 2.0 profile links
- social bookmarking
- link sharing

Your best bet might be to get GSA SER and then build links with it. I must also warn you that it might be tricky but it works.
