hello,

I have tried with shopify for over months...reading reading and reading curses paid and free! tested different target etc and spend over $500 on 0 in return! alll i get is " add to cart /inthiate checkout " and nothing more..

Im thinking of doing CPA / affialiate offers with FB ads to give this a go. I KNOW its a risk! but im 200% here is someone on the forum doing this and doing it good.

I will gladly take a PM if there is somehing i should be carefull of...

Im thinking of having a landng page, and cloaked links on that page. trying to avoid words that can get me taken down etc.

anyone know of any spy tools for FB ads that I could possibly see CPA offers ?

please give me advice. Im clueless right now as i thought shopify would go but...yea ..it does not..

I am also very interested in this. I use FB adds to to send legit traffic to legit sites. I have long wondered if using FB ADS + CPA was a vaild option. I will be watching this thread.

Bulletproof? I'd say it's the opposite.

I believe you'd need cloakers just to even start thinking of getting into CPA on FB. And to be honest: Drop shipping is a lot easier with FB, than CPA, imo.

If you got a lot of ATCs but no full sales, have you checked if maybe it was your shipping price that was too high and scared them away? Something, somewhere in your sales funnel wasn't working. Don't give up and swap to the next thing that sounds good. CPA won't be easier, especially on Facebook.

With CPA you'd need;
Conversion tracker ($250/m for Voluum I believe)
Cloaker (no clue about price)
Spy Tool (if you want. Try adespresso. Not sure if adplexity has FB)

How was your audience targeting with drop shipping on FB?

EDIT: My bad, didn't see that you already mentioned cloakers in the thread start.

thank you for the reply,
I always have free worldwide shipping :) ....so that can not be the issue =/. I understand. It just feels like im spending more and more money but nothing really happens. I also spend atleast $10-20 each ad to really see if something happens.

Thanks for the advice with the programs.

I targeted UK , us , eng , ca . one ad only women , one ad only men. Different ages. different interests...to really see what works best. with all that $-500 spent...not a single sale. my prices are fine and under what " real " stores take....

Did you try flex targeting? For me, this was a make or break deal when I was doing FB ads.

No flex targeting: $5 ad spend, 0-1 sales
With flex targeting: $5 ad spend, 7 sales @ $120+ profit

But you also need a GOOD product. Just because you're selling an electric toothbrush and targeting people interested in it, doesn't mean you'll make sales.

Hope that helps a bit. I can't really help much more, I haven't used FB ads in a while (except with CPA a few months back, which didn't work out) - Hopefully some more experienced can help you out.

PS. Search for "CPA Shockwave" in the BHW downloads forum, I believe that guide goes over the whole DM-people-who-like-the-ad-with-cpa-links-method. That might work.

thank you,
I have no idea what flex target is, do you mind explaning or linking? i will gladly try that :)

yes, the thing is...there is a store where im located..that is selling same product and making $90.000/year. I can check this numbers by going on a site in my country and see what the " company " makes. So the product i working , but hes targeting " my " people only..I thought I could get more sales to go worldwide =/

Google "flex targeting facebook ads" and you'll find info.

For example, If you had a Halloween t-shirt, this is how I would flex target:
Layer 1: Halloween interest
Layer 2: Halloween movies (the top 5)
Layer 3: Halloween-ish clothing stores
Layer 4: Shopping interest/recently used CC card online

Boom, very targeted people that DEFINITELY loves Halloween since they have to like one from each layer. If that makes sense.

Compare that to this targeting:
Layer 1: Halloween

You won't find many conversion in the pool of people there. Flex targeting is key to succeed with FB ads, imo. But then again I've heard people literally just buy ads without even targeting and letting the pixel do it's thing, but I don't know. And oh yeah, use your FB pixel on the Shopify store too.

And also, what type of ad objective did you run? I always had the best success with Engagement for some reason. ATC sucked for me. Also, images worked better for me than videos, but I've heard the opposite quite often. There's more to it, but you need to read up on it.

Good luck!
