Is stealing competitors site content is good idea?
PS: Competitors site is in the same niche as mine and also was killed by google!
PS: He was killed by pinguin cuz he do shit gsa as tire 1 but he has very well written articles in my niche..

So is it good idea to take some articles to your site? Is google panda checking duplicate content from sites which are not indexing and was killed by algo?

Its not good idea in my opinion and i would not do it for any money site that i plan to work with long-term. Maybe you could use that content only if you rewrite it or if you steal it for some PBN sites, Web 2.0s..

I don't think it is a good idea. The owner of the original content may even sue you for copyright.

It'd be better if you keep an eye on the competitor's site and wait for it to be expired. Once it's expired, you can own the domain yourself and recover the penalty. Contents are all yours then!

Copying contents directly doesn't seem to be a good idea.

nope. Stealing copyrighted content for your own can end you up in court. If it is a competitor then you are even more likely to feel their wrath.

You could just re-write it, it doesn't take long to rewrite stuff.

his niche is also BLACKHAT as $h%t and certainly he would not..... My question is not about how moral is it, or what whould be the owner of content...
My question is can I steal it safety from google eye and rank it?

You can not. Reason being is site owner create new site on the same niche and can use those contents as well.

It sounds like you have answered yourself. Google will have no issue but the courts may do so in the future.

I steal content on a daily basis. I have never gotten in trouble and all my sites rank. I just make sure it shows as mostly unique. People on here will scream copyright this bad idea that... don't listen to all that crap. If anything happens and the creator of the content wants it down, they have to first send you a letter asking you to remove it.

Yes, and when you steal it, then it will no longer be "unique" when he decides to one day check if his work is somewhere on the website. The best thing to do is rewrite or pay someone to write articles for you. How long are these articles? it can't be that long?
