Asking What to "Do" and "DO NOT"

I am a new to BHW, so i have a few questions about posts. I still don't have 15 threads, so i can't ask a MOD directly.
I am here for two things, knowledge and business.
My questions are:
Can i ask about illegal financial staff?
Can i communicate any external contact of mine such email or jabber?
If not, can any body recommend me somewhere where less restrictions are applied?

We don't do illegal on here, we do black hat which is totally different.

If you're meaning can you share details, to further any illegal activities, try to sell anything = NO you can't.

Nor spamming your way to 15 posts will help either.
