GOOGLE PLAY PRIOR VIOLATION

Hi, I got prior violation for my second account.

I used these things:
1) New PC (bought from shop)
2) New 3G USB Modem (bought from shop)
3) Credit Card of my neighbhour
4) Legal App
5) New Admob account

So, how google tracked me?
Is they can track me from Admob account's home address? just home address was the same. But, admob pub id and acc was different new one

maybe your app is notice by google, i mean your app has been tracked by google if you have before,
or google detects from your android studio,
there's many reason google to ban for multi acc

From your gmail. If you log once from your new PC to a banned email you will get banned again.

Look for the Following

1. Change the Folder structure of Assets/Resources/Creatives.
2. Change creatives like PNG & JPG. Make new ones from Inside app to Outside i.e. submitted to App Store. Google can easily search images in banned applications APK.
3. List of plugins. Change the list of Plugins used for the app.
4. Change the Code. Re arrange the complete code. If possible encrypt it ( Hybrid apps).
5. Don't login from Old PC/ Android Phone to the Play Console.
6. Don't start downloading app from the store immediately after published. Neither from your phone nor from any of your developers.
7. Don't use same keystore.
8. Don't use same PC for packaging.
9. Use different App Title & Description.


These are few tips. Others please add more of what you know.

I would say gmail too or address
Even if it's a new gmail account, maybe you have used, with the same IP, your new gmail and an other gmail (or maybe from your phone)
Maybe they detect banned account for a same address, and flag you. What is the probability that in the same building, there are many people having google playstore account, and one of them are banned...

There is of course the VM wäre way but it is only a question of time until you get banned.

It must be the app you published, there are too many variables in this prior violations

I am in a similar situation and I need to get back to the store..

How you generate apps, which software you use? If you use Android Studio at same PC which are generate banned apps then maybe is there a footprint.

The best practice is
Don't ever create anything on your home PC
Now I stay overnight at my office .
Everything from A to Z is done completely at my office, using office PC, boss credit card, android studio.. Literally everything...
Account has been active for one year without ban.

Your source code must be still the same!!! You need different coding style.

If some parts of the code is same as in the banned app - Google can track it

And Google can really track you with Android Studio
