No they don't have that kind of option. But If you have any problem with any transaction you will need to reach with their customer service. Then there is a little chance to get help from them from their side. But not your side.

I have a very bad experience with them. I have an old account since they were MoneyBookers and it was no any fee per year. Two years ago I saw that my account is still active and I got $50 through Skrill but they have taken from me all the money telling me that they have a fee per year and I never paid that fee. It was the last time when I used Skrill, now I`m using paypal.

If you are the "seller" there is no dispute.
Skrill mention somewhere that if you get scammed or has any problems that is your fault and they don't cover people stupidity lmao.
Only if you have multiple reports from actually calling them then they might block transactions of your account and will ask question.

no they cant, if they give you the main email that they have signed up using it. no one can change any password or... without having the email
