long story short , i'm a mailer , i use email as my main source of traffic , what are some good cpa networks that are optimized for email traffic ? i'm mainly looking for VSL & article type of offers as those convert the best for me

yeah obviously , i use my own hosted smtp servers so i know the headache of warming up ips so i don't risk them

Why not? If the list if legit and subscribed at your site it can be an additional way to make money without worrying if they actually going to click anywhere or do the offer. Though, if the list is not legit and you do not send them emails on a weekly/monthly basis, this is not the best idea.

the thing is that i don't promote my site to them , i usually send them a CPA offer (like from Maxbounty for example) every 5-10 days (i mail daily but the same person won't receive an email from me every day to avoid spam)

Em..so you get them legitimately through your site and then you spoil list by sending them offers? I assume they unrelated as you send new offers every 5-10 days and it's probably not the same offer. You must be getting a lot of unsubscribes?

yeah but the roi is great that it doesn't matter , i can easily replace them with more ads to the squeeze page
