I purchased on the date asked for 24-48 delivery, still to this date not received, god knows what's going on this service. No response, back, issues with the docs that were given, a mistake on their end as said previously, not resolved as of today. Getting very annoyed because I paid for 24-48 hours delivery, and has been well over a week, and nothing. Worse service I've received thus far from anyone.

I am not sure what I have to do to make sure @secondeye gets my request, first of all, the scan you sent to me is not complete the back picture wouldn't open properly and the file uploaded is corrupt, secondly I believe I made 2 requests on Skype , I told you I didn't want scan and then I also made two requests and YOU SAID it can be done but you only sent pictures you didn't follow what I requested on Skype, please make these corrections and send them as I requested tomorrow morning, I really don't have time as the weekend is around the corner and I need to use this before the weekend that was why I paid express!
