At this moment... No chance to create multiple accounts in the UK.All my accounts were blocked, even with ebay/paypal you can create multiple accounts on windows user without any issues, but with FB that doesn't work anymore, they using CANVAS fingerprinting. A new ip with dongle, new phone number, new user with fresh cookie, new email and still ...

Each connection with dongle = new ip, after creating my accounts I just leave them for 1-3 days, no spams, no invites and all of them were blocked.I created 50 accounts in other location and they worked fine untill I moved to the UK.... Any ideas ? I will try to use VM with different OS but I can't understand why this way my accounts were blocked.

You solved the problem yourself it seem, just use a fresh IP outside of UK.
I'd like to know if it works though because i have the same problem as you.
