Arduinos have very little processing power and limited capabilities. You would have to model something on a real machine, let's say in Python, and then transfer it to Arduino's language. Based on your initial post, you really have no idea what you're talking about. Getting Arduino to run any AI based model should be fairly difficult.

Raspberry Pi would be more suitable for AI than Arduino.

As @emelie already pointed out, Arduino isn't a good choice for AI as it lacks the processing capability. Arduino is good for projects that do not need to have a big brain. For example, a weather station that keeps sending temperature over the internet after specified time. That can be done with an Arduino, a temperature sensor and a ESP8266 chip easily. For AI you atleast need a raspberry Pi, if not more (preferably more, if the project isn't supposed to be movable).

P.S. don't confuse IoT with A.I.
