Instagram not letting me log in

I can't log in through ig, everytime i try logging in to any account it just says "sorry, there was a problem with your request." Has anyone experienced this before?

no warning message, and im using all my accurate passwords to accounts i normally would log into

Try to log in through a different device and IP address.

Social Media today are seems very strict. One mistake they won't let you login and will check you if you're a bot or not.

i did and that works, but how can i log back in through my main device? Besides using a third party app, how can we fix this problem completely?

I am having the same issue. I believe it has to do with the accounts that were linked together.. + the automation aspect probably.

Uninstalling the app and updating the OS doesn't help. just using a new device allows me to login. If you can figure it out, let me know!

still trying to figure this out lol talking to apple support: notes, they cant do anything for you lol i guess we have to make a video about it

This method is based on disabling your Instagram account for a particular period of time.

• Log in to your Instagram Account on Desktop site.
• Go to your Profile.
• Click on Edit Profile.
• Now click on Temporarily disable my account.
• Give any reason for disabling the account and keep in mind that you can disable your account only once in a week.
• Now wait for 6 hours and don’t try to Login your account during this period.
• After six hours try logging in to your account via the Instagram application.
• Boom! Now you will be able to Login your Instagram account via its official application.

Yes, I had faced it once in my experience but I was facing this on my mobile and then I try to log in on Desktop and issue was solved.

So I think, You should move to Desktop.

Desktop like the IG app on windows? I've tried the app without any luck, only browsers works for me now and the accounts that are logged in my phone.

I had issues such like that on both of android and IOS devices. The only one thing which works of me is: to reset device setting to default (not removing IG app or so) Exactly reset the whole device (phone). Not the best one solution, but at least it works

That's the thing even that didn't work for me and im on iphone

You have been blocked from using that particular phone to log on to instagram.

I have the solution for you.
1.Download "parallel space". it's an android app where you can add multiple applications.
2. Add instagram to it.
You are good to go.
