IMHO you must try if yur traffic converts to CPA or not. If it can convert well, you can earn more, if it can't convert, selling just ads spaces (like ExoClick for example) it's not a bad idea.

"clicks" are just clicks on the ad leading to offer, or "internal click" after hits on ads but click on pre-lander?
I'm asking because trying Adverten now and hits (click on ad) to click (click on pre-lander) ratio is about 10:1 :/
