Is It Possible To Remove A Negative Facebook Review?

Hey guys, I have a client that wants a negative review gone.. any ways of doing this? A singular negative review deleted? Any methods that work for you guys? Or is it impossible?
Would highly appreciate it.

I don't think so. You can instead get positive reviews which will push down the negative feedback.

flood the page with positive reviews (but you need to make the reviews believable and the accounts have to look real). This will make the negative review negligible

You can't delete the negative review. Try to fill up a bit with good reviews and automatically it will go down.
Though if someone clicks on the graph and select 1* reviews then it will be visible by using certain filters.

I just got an Idea . what if the account that made the review got banned from facebook . and his profile go deleted . would this review still be present in the page ? what do you think ?

Simply contact the person who gave you the review. Say sorry and fix what was broken, in exchange of removing the review.. Should be possible isn't it?

I have gotten a few removed but it has to in some way attack a person not so much company. It would come down in a few days.

So if it's like "servers are slow" they won't. If it's like Jane was super rude and has a massive attitude don't go there, it will come down as it attacks a person.

File a complaint and let them know it violated terms of service and it will disappear

only if it iactually violated terms of service will it be removed. I think what @Gogol said is a good idea if it is possible. if not then the next best thing would be to push some good reviews to the page

Exactly what I said, removal is better then fake reviews if possible

Nope, you cannot delete negative reviews. Either you place more positive reviews or create a new page altogether (if you already have so many bashers).

I tried and failed to have a negative review removed from Facebook some time ago - even though the review contained bad language and was from someone who was not even a customer - they left the review based on an informal quote that I had provided. I contacted facebook but they did not even respond to my request. So I would say no its probably not possible.

As @SoccerLover said, best thing is to try and get some positive reviews to push down the negative one.

Good Idea will be to try to contact the person who made a bad review and kindly ask her to remove it (maybe even offer something in return). At the same time, try to leave multiple positive reviews from other accounts to improve the rating.

You can get them removed if they have used bad language or said things offensive.

But if it's a real review, just go and buy 10-20 reviews and bury it.

First try to contact the person who gave you bad review and ask them to remove it. (Say sorry if you are wrong and ask why if you don't know why.)
If you can't contact him/her, try to flood it with positive reviews. (Genuine preferred.)
