If you want to cover that side of things you'll have to:

1) purchase a SSL certificate from a third party (they will probably provide guidance for installing it too)

or

2) go the free way:
- firstly ask your host if they provide free SSL certificates. Some of them have this included in their hosting packages
- if they don't, then go with Let's Encrypt (https://letsencrypt.org/) Start over there with the documentation and for added info a simple googling of "how to install let's encrypt certificate" will pull tons of good results. Also don't forget to ask your host about this as well before diving in.

Once you have your certificate in place, and still want to route through Cloudflare, you can go back and enable the "Full" encryption option.
