Here is my step by step adwords account creation prior to cloaking. Account with safe page at the begining runs smoothly. Whenever I add new ad or add keywords for real money site account goes under review. So I would like to know if i am doing something wrong here. What do you guys think?

1- I have an MCC with a very good history. So I create account for a newly registered domain. No Cloaking yet. Pure Safe page with some ripped site of local business. Keywords and ads define the local business. Campaign goes live. Ads start to show.

2- A few days later I add keywords or ads for money site = Account goes Under Review

So i believe that Ad title / description or keyyword(s) that i am adding is triggering under review. Maybe they are blacklisted or flagged keywords. But i see a competitor's ad for that particular ad and keywords.

Is there a way to bypass this issue? Anyone tried and have luck with misspelled ads/keywords or dynamic keyword insertion for ads (Assuming ad title/description triggers under review)?

Are you saying that you create a new Ads account and then put it under the same MCC account? that would get you flagged just doing that. MCC = stupid

MCC accounts are not working last 10ish days.
Everyone saying differently is probably selling them.

They work sometimes, and then they just don't, cuz a lot of people goes for them.

Google has changed a lot in last 3 months then its changed in probably a 3 years!
A slight change in the ads can encourage them to put in review, even the bid price. Changing the ad or creating a new ad group, adding new keywords is a whole another story.
You cannot fool google as you used to before. Evolve!!

Adword is getting little strict, its sucks but you guys might wanna try rtxplatform and tonic. Both are doing good with restricted offers.

Domain is not https. If you know a low cost way to obtain https i will be more than glad :)
Domain is whois private.

HEADS UP
Found a solution. The keyword i was using for money site was causing the issue. I donot use that "specific" keyword anymore and account doesnt got banned.

Hey, after you introduce the keyword relating to your moneypage do you begin cloaking? (I’m fairly new) more importantly how closely related to your money page is the landing page?

I can help for secure connection. Can be supplied at no cost.

I would avoid using MCCs because they pretty much link ALL of your accounts together, it would be fine to have a few blackhat accounts on the same MCC if you also had few dozen/hundred whitehat campaigns running so they just blend in, but when an MCC is full of nothing but banned accounts it's pretty much an instaban trigger.
Try using a software like Multiloginapp or LinkenSphere to obfuscate your hardware footprint.
Get a residential IP from one of the numerous services like Geosurf, Luminati, 4G Emperor, Oxylabs
Make sure your safe sites are placed on clean domains that have never been used before as well as being on clean individual IPs.
Another trigger could be the payment method you are using, most VCCs don't work on Adwords nowadays, and some real card BINs are also blacklisted, you could check out Admediacards if you need cards.
