You can promote cpa offers, redirect to your money making website, sell posts on fiverr but you need more followers.

You won't get approval even if you have a domain. They approve only quality websites. If you are able to create youtube videos, you can redirecrt your visitors there and monetize with youtube. For any method, you need patience and consistent hard work.
