Is mobile app reskinning sill working?

It’s now about 6 months that I stopped my mobile app reskinning business as things with google play are getting worse everyday. I lost many developer and Admob accounts , apps installs decreased dramatically as well as the revenues. After doing some maths I found that this business is not yet profitable. So I decided to move to something else, until 2 weeks now I heard from a friend that there are new tricks, that he also ignore, to open more google developer and Admob accounts, and also to improve ranking and increase installs.
If there is someone that still work in the mobile app reskinning, please share with us your tricks to overcome the google play issues to create more developer and Admob accounts and also to increase the apps’ ranking and installs.

Of course yes! I've seen people make close to $1000 a day doing app reskinning. But they've been in this game for a long time. If you are a newbie to this then I would refer you to @vinku . He is the expert around here when it comes to mobile apps.

I've been in the ios game since day 1 and had a lot of $1000+ days but this past year I've been struggling to make much money doing the same exact things.

If anybody has any methods to start earning good money I would really like to hear it as I've gotten used to the life of driving luxury cars and spending money fast etc and want to jump back on the money train.
