Placed the order 19th, got the docs on 20th, with an error, I told them about it, didn't get back to me until today which is taken twice as long as what I paid for. I paid for the fastest delivery and paid extra for it. It has pretty much taken the normal time it takes for the order. But was charged twice as much. Not fair at all.

Just 2 advices:

- You need more people working on it, there are very important details to take care of and it's not possible to fail. Paypal is very cautious.
- You can add a sample of the item requested (how it should look like) so we can check what you fail to. There isn't a HQ data about ID's, utility bill, card or bank statement on google.

And if it's possible to reduce the price, simply better. I'll be buying more if need soon!

I was told on Monday I would receive on Tuesday then was told I would receive it yesterday and didn’t . Today is Friday . Making it a whole week that I’ve paid for this document . When I paid extra for superfast . You guys need to fix this immediately and do better because I am honestly running out of patience and tired of being lied to .

No response, back, issues with the docs that were given, a mistake on their end as said previously, not resolved as of today.
