I just went through the full list again and added another 10 Codeen IP's to my database. These have been removed. If anyone sees a Codeen proxy, please let me know so I can remove it from the list and block that IP from being added again in future.

Hi, it depends on the time of day - when certain lists are imported. As as the time of this post, I have only 1 UK proxy in the list, and about 20 - 30 EU proxies. Generally I would have more like 10 UK proxies.

My service offers a list of public proxies - that is proxies that are publicly listed on the Internet already. Obviously there are hundreds of thousands of these, and I download them every 15 minutes, check them and re-check them every 2 minutes.

The private proxy service is not provided by me, but I have used them - they provide shared private proxies - that is they are not used by you only. If you require exclusive private proxies, I would recommend buying them fro m Packetfilp for $2 per proxy per month.

Only if your program is able to make use of http proxies to do so. They will not allow SMTP connections.
