I purchased a site a couple weeks ago from @Jayder. The price was $650. He was insanely helpful through the entire process. Kept up with me on what needed to be done on my end, and 24 hours after the initial purchase was made the site was in my control and on my host.

Incredible customer service, stellar, clean site design. I've bought keywords from Jayder in the past, and have worked with him quite a bit as both a buyer and seller, and every interaction I've had with him has been pleasant and effective.

The site had 13,000 words of very high quality content that was all green-Yoasted out. Already starting to rank well for X,XXX MS keywords. The product is high demand, and has markets that are ripe in summer, and other markets that can be advertised to in winter. Keywords were relatively low competition, and the site came with everything mentioned in the OP and more.

The site is already top 100 for over 70 keywords, all of which show strong potential for growth and expansion into further keywords. I have received some organic traffic, and the site name, while not completely related to the subject, is related to the broad niche and can be branded in such a way to fit the product set.

The product is evergreen, and has a value in the mid-$XXX. I can see this site becoming a real winner, and with Jayder's work put into the site, it's a perfect startup stone to growth. 10/10, would recommend!
