Micro niche site purchase - Am I being ripped off

i have this offer from a guy on fiverr for a micro niche site:

Basic cost of website development and niche + keyword research = 25$ (One Time)

Complete Website SEO cost for month = 100$ (For 3 months = 300$)

Complete Article Writing Cost 15 Article/ Month For 3 Months = 325$

Total Cost : 650$

He told me after paying him $650 on fiverr, 3months article and seo, estimated time to generate income from blog is 4-5 months I will start seeing results

as i am a newbie, i would like to ask gurus here, is that a legitimate claim by the seller?

mate i'm not a guru but if you're a complete newbie don't buy a website. These websites are super hard to rank for someone who doesn't know much about seo. You probably won't be getting your money back.
Article quality will probably be garbage too.

That's too much money Instead you buy a keyword and start building yourself the website If you keen to buy then look here on marketplace avoid fiverr.

The price is not bad actually, but really depends of what quality you are getting for your money. 15 articles for $325 is a bit over $20 per piece - for this kind of money you should get at least half decent content. $100 per month for SEO - what are you getting for this? PBN links? Free links? Profile links garbage? So much variables that is hard to tell if this offer is legit ... I would ask him for samples of websites he build several months ago, to see if he indeed manage to rank them..

You could start for a lot less, get a cheap hosting from here, articles etc. Use a free theme of see what @Festinger has. Read the threads to learn seo, use the download section for guides, software etc and save yourself a lot of money

Check his past reviews first and then decide about this. A lot also depends on your current paying capacity and expertise.

The off page SEO is shit - do not go with that. On page should be included in the price of website creation. If he is going to charge you separately for alt tags of images - stay the hell far away from this seller.
