Not paying ebay fees

Hi, If I won't pay 95$ fees, It can be risky? I paid all of the fees before, but I don't want to pay this. what can happen?

Sadly I can't as I've never been in your situation. I suppose they will send you a warning and suspend your account once their invoice goes overdue. You should wait for someone else because I'm not sure about thiis, it is just a supposition.

You must pay your fees or your account will be banned and your info will be sent to collection agencys. Don't understand why you wouldn't pay the fee if you used their platform to sell

If you got scammed don't pay it ,if it's a stealth account.
Why ruin a good account ?
If you got paid pay it?
If it's legit info pay it or else you will have a fun time whenever you get a bank or want to get something that needs good credit.

If you don't pay your fees they will probably ban your account so if you wanna continue to sell at ebay you need to pay them the fees that you owe them

Depends on what country you are in. If all your info and address is on the account then you might get visits from debt collectors. Ebay sell the debts on to other people if they cant collect.

In the UK yes... they will sell it on for about 60..... the debt company then adds it own "collection fees", maybe 100..... then home visit fees..... and on it goes. If they cant collect it then they sell that on... and on it goes some more.

Gosh that is tough rules for sure. Anyway, I think OP should pay the money instead of making the situation worse; no matter if ebay sends the debt to collection agency or not.

These companies dont get big by letting people off their invoices if they have their details.

Why would you even consider not paying fees if you want to keep selling on eBay? Your account will be limited in no time and you will have to pay anyway to restore it.
The only case when I would think of avoiding fees would be if my stealth account got permanently suspended and there would be no personal info on both eBay and PayPal accounts.

I would not even attempt that. After years on eBay I’d hate to see all that hard work go to waste. They will disable your account.

I highly doubt they'd send this to a collection agency. Seems more likely that your account would get suspended and eventually permanently terminated if your balance was still unpaid
