Posting twice a day on influencer account?

For an influencer account, do you think it’s beneficial to post twice a day?

I know a lot of influencers post once a day. Just wondering with this type of account if it would fast track improving engagement or work against it. Would love opinions/experiences before trying myself.

Few large influencers post once a day, so I'm not sure where you got that from and even fewer multiple times per day. For wanna-be influencers, it's more common.

I think most do about 4 posts per 7 day week, with the exception of meme pages which post incredible amounts.

When you find influencers that post multiple times per day, say Justin Bieber, you can see how their engagement drops for those posts.

What are you trying to accomplish?

im growing a new account and i do what i always do
1 photo max, and i dont post everyday

already have 55 posts and 7k followers
last photo got 1.2k likes and increasing

I notice a lot influencers in my niche and similar niches seem to be posting once a day and have been getting an increase in engagement lately. I did try it and I found it seemed to give a steady increase. So just wondered about posting twice, I figured it would do exactly what you said and bury the posts and lower engagement.

My account niche is quite seasonal so I was looking to try and ramp it up before I start a few new ambassador roles. Just trying to keep those brands happy!
