I fear one day all the teaching courses sold online will be classified as scam even if it is genuine. It's scary how far the law is getting involved.

Black Hat is different from Scam. You won't get punished for Black Hat Methods. But, People who do scamming may be punished if they get caught.

Blackhat is the shit: its where the money at! The only drawback is that it’s always short-lived. If you're the first to discover a working blackhat tactic, you'll be making kick ass $$$ before it's ruined by others. 98% of IMers(including those claiming to be pure white hat) have at one point dabbled into it. Most of 'em established their so-called white hat biz from $$$ they made from BH tactics. Summary: we're all guilty!
