Because even the fools aren't falling for it anymore. You see for Bitcoin to rise, you need many fools throwing their houses in, taking out loans, maxing out credit cards. The fools can't throw in now, because they have nothing left to give them credit. Just a huge bill to pay after the carpet was whipped from under them.
