In the business world, ethics are a no and like somebody said earlier if you go through your life worrying about ethics then you will never be a boss out here getting financial freedom.
Signing up for surveys is a great way to get some extra dollars in your pocket I used them before I started my businesses. The people looking for work should be using it as it's going to take a while to get the job they're looking for anyways so in a way you're helping them get started and they can use that money to invest into other online businesses.
This is a great method because it's classic BHW and it's probably the best way to get some good use out of your CPA offers.
I would recommend looking for CPA offers specific for the locations you're posting in and get it going and you'll only use these sites for this method so anything you're doing that you use like I do surveys I would never risk my account for this so you will definitely have to search for some and spread them out and make multiple accounts. It's worth it if you're making $50-$100 a day off of this method.

Im a super newb(new on CPA) I also having a hard time for this. I find some CPA networks but its difficult to sign up, they require many stuff like they're asking in what way i will advertise their offers(like wtf, should i tell this evil method, is it fine?) .

Yeah, it's pretty difficult finding the right one because a lot of them review your account first before accepting you into their network. I definitely wouldn't tell them about this method upfront but maybe it eases the pain later if you were to get banned on any of these platforms. The ones I wanted to try were ones that featured referral programs for surveys ut the site makes it totally obvious that it's not a job application and that's the part I want to figure out the most upfront before getting started because I can tell this method works due to the fact that you would get people to act like they're signing up for a job application.

Majority of freelancers are from india, pakistan, Philippines and other asian countries. There is no or very low payout offer for this countrie.

i don't know about you but i doubt traffic will input CC for this kind of angle/method/job thing. maybe if you are pushing some "work from home buy this training" angle. but jobless people are not always looking to input cc. it will convert like crazy for email/zip submits,app downloads. speaking of app download that is a good twist.
some networks, like ogads, instead of regular 'offers' you can promote android/ios apps. get paid per install.
make a job post: "review my app - $10" -- " i made an app and need real user reviews. need an android/ios smart phone. install my app, use it for 10 minutes and tell me what you think". reply to everybody with the affiliate link that goes straight to the download page. or make a lander for yourself framed as an app developer. your cr% will be through the roof compared to cc submits.

Tell them you will send them $10 paypal after they write the review. Say minimum 100 words so they have to do "some" work. By time they install the app you already got paid. Can ignore them after that. Or string them along. "good review, can u review these 2 other apps i made for extra $30?". you get the point. they never get paid.

You are usually safe just writing "www.google.com" or "www.youtube.com". I have been approved for networks doing this as I don't have a particular site online. I wait to see what offers they have....and how i can promote them...then i make a site.

Or you can tell him "more apps installed, more earnings" after each installation... so you can increase conversions from many fewer users 'cause not everyone will accept.
Some will have doubts it's a fake service.

yes such a thing is called an "offer wall". can bring in 10x revenue from 1 lead if you pull it off right
I don’t see anything wrong with this. whats the difference between this and the youtube videos claming a cheat code for some game. After you “unlock” the content you get nothing. Come on guys. All of a sudden you guys have a conscious. Please! Ya just mad cause he thought of it first.
