Firstly, Having India in your domain URL is a big turn off, Why not consider something brandable? You made it look as if your target audience are Indians.
The best approach would be finding low hanging profitable KWs to rank your website or grab a spot with Google ads.

ontopic: with that domain name I would target india. if you really want to target the rich countries, I would make a landing page which screams "high quality tutoring at a fraction of the price". "we provide this service cheaper than ANYONE else because we are working with top notch tutors from India". put a shitload of reviews and a CTA between every scroll of a mouse.
