Quick doubt: How to upload HD pictures in Wordpress?

Hello, I have a quick doubt.
I always import HD quality pictures to my site using Wordpress, but they don't actually show HD once they are published (they lose a lot of quality), do you know how can I display HD pictures or where can I change this preference in Wordpress?

Not sure what do you mean with HD? I fix my pics in adobe photoshop so they can display good in the wordpress

I'm already importing the via Wordpress.
What I mean is, I have a high quality picture and I import it into a blog post, but then it appears with less quality (more pixelated), and this happens with every picture.
I supposed it has to do with some kind of option within Wordpress? Like in Facebook where you can select 'upload in high quality' or not. It's like the site is configured with a maximum quality to the images and I want to elevate that maximum. Just guessing there must be some option like that.

What is your theme setting for media? Check the WordPress media section, it looks like a theme issue

for to show HD images you will use some gallery plugin

Do you have a Jetpack photon enabled? Disable it then.

Do You use any image compress Plugin? Disable it then.

Also, check if your theme is displaying full size image not cropped You can do that via inspect element

Quick way to check, switch to default theme, if it doesn't do it then it's the theme

your theme or plugin might be cropping the images, check the code which looks like // add_thumbnail_size
