what do you think in which email convert well for outreach bloggers

I don't think it matters too much. You could argue that the mysite.com email looks more personable, but I think people respect gmail addresses just as much. Also, with gmail I think your inbox rate will be higher.

Much more important is going to be the subject line and the first line of your email - thats what people are going to read before deciding whether to even open your email or not.
