Making a new shop on etsy?

You can have as many shops as you want. Use real info it's fine. I have half a dozen.
You just cant have several shops all selling the same thing because Etsy will think you are gaming the search in order to have several shops show up for a particular search.
If you sell different stuff in each shop there is no problem in having dozens.

I made a shop and got banned immediately cuz I didnt use real names then they asked for ID. Is there a way to make an account or buy one without real information and ssn

It's ok even if you're doing a little blackhat stuff? Like they're pretty lenient? Or are they like some companies where if they notice anything blackhat then they'll totally ban everything you got? lol

No offense but if you are getting banned you are probably doing something I dont want to encourage lol.
No Etsy are very strict. Obviously it depends on how black hat the stuff is that you are referring to. But generally they are very strict and have teams of people in the forums that have nothing better to do than report stuff. They will ban everything you have so no point in doing anything that will get you banned if you grow a bunch of successful shops.
