Sleep at 11pm and wake up at 5am every morning does help to get a faster metabolism. I eat right after I wake up to feel less anxious through the day, even if I'm not hungry in the morning. Doing cold showers everyday does help a lot with depression; I'm on day 76, don't know how I did it but first week was though like hell. And overall having a purpose makes you keep going, but you have to define that purpose and that's the toughest part I think.

I made a personal decision to never let anything put me down. I've had several bouts of depression myself, and quite frankly, there are times I've felt like throwing in the towel and just letting myself slide along that terrible tunnel, but somehow, I'm still here keeping my head up and hoping for better days. I think prayer, and self determination have been the key for me. I'm glad for you, mate. Just keep up the positive energy!
