also, make sure that people are actually getting notification you are following them. I had this happen to me for one account due to following too much people or because of adding link in bio. They don't even get notification you started following them so no one checks your profile. Test this with following your own account.

Hi bro, I checked and detected when I follow some one. the notification I following them dont appear at first place. It appear at last position in notification bar.

So that's reason why people dont see me.

Your targeting is bad. It seems like you're struggling with even just the basics bro.. Heres what you do, run 5 accounts, and choose different targets for each account and 48 hours look at what you follow back ratio is. If your fb ratio is low, then you're still not targeting properly. Target accounts that are related to the niche you're promoting. I dont even know which niche you're using as you bounced around so much in this thread.. but if you drop the niche, I'll try and help you target a little bit better.
