Hi everyone !

I have a simple question about clickable and unclickable links.

Do the unclickable links have the same value than clickable links ?

For example, when I send a videos on multiple videos websites (using mass distribute videos tools like Tubemobul, Heyspread! or
Traffic Geyser) sometimes, my link appears as UNclickable.

Do you know if it is a problem ? How Google analyse my unclickable link ?
Is it possible that a unclickable link on a site doesn?t bring any backlinks on my site ?!

Thank you all ;)

Eva

P.S. : sorry, I'm a newbie and I'm not sure... do we call "Anchor text" a clickable link ?

a link is not a link unless it is clickable

If the source code has <a> tag around your link then it's ok i think

I believe that text addresses to a website don't count as links. Otherwise, I'd be auto-generating TXT files all day long. I actually searched for a good deal fo time on the subject which lead me to believe either my search terms were bad or it's something nobody does.

Now, if you're just marketing on Youtube, text links are fine. People will copy and paste a link if you give them a reaosn to.

Thanks for your responses guys.

Yes Jekashi People would copy and paste my link, you're right :),
however It would be wiser to focus on other techniques to
get traffic on my YT vids

Conclusion, sending videos on a lot of videos websites doesn't worth
the time in terms of backlinks.

Because I'm just searching for backlink, now I know I'll save time and money by not using services like Trafic Geyser, Tubemogul, Heyspread! etc.

Have a great day,

Eva
