Website Building help

Hey everyone. I'm looking for a website builder where I can start off with a blank page and choose things like a button, title etc. myself. The ones I've seen all have an already set up page which isn't what I need. Any suggestions on which website builder I should choose? I just want a simple, yet working landing page.

Some are, there are themes with them built in, ask @Festinger if he has a free theme, or use a free plugin like this
