And i posted every few days new articles.

I saw good movements in ahrefs rankings for my pages.

And then august all my pages started to going down one by one.

I am totally upset...

I used health niche.....

How to win in SEO?

1.
can i continue posting new articles?

2. can i switch to new different niche?

what is your advice on me?

i have used long tails and 1400 + words on every article.

I am trying clickbank health products.

I am very upset at the moment.

When I get useful tips and response from the guys, who already got win win win in SEO, I will surly do to get my site up.

I can't say the exact amount. Need to analyze your site, keywords and competitors. 1 link is enough for someone, sometimes 100 links are needed.
