I assume you are from India so there is a blocking wave since last week of October but it was mainly for adult tube sites.
I don't know why your website has been blocked.

Try to contact your ISP. You can also contact DOT for this as they issue these instructions to the ISP's regarding this. http://www.dot.gov.in/

Get dedicated IP for your websites mate , several vulgar sites are also there may be that can be the reason.

try changing your DNS for now to access your site,
go to your control panel and change the DNS to openDNS's IP,

208.67.220.220
208.67.222.222,

just google "how to change DNS on PC" on google,
access your site for now and go from there,
