It's a little bit tricky to register but I got one. I think they accept only specific countries. I got mine with German IP and phone number. Make sure that your address + IP + phone number is from the same country. Also, I recommend you to skip domain because you will probably have a problem with transferring.

Update : I said earlier that this didn't work for me. It turns out my country was not on the list of accepted countries in the ofer .
So I changed the IP + address + number to germany and it worked

Than tried another usa IP but changed the number --> didn't work
Spain IP + USA number didn't work
