Any all-in-one messenger app for windows?

Hi, are all in one messenger apps good and secure? I need it for fb messenger, telegram and whatsapp.

I was looking at https://allinone.im/ but I see no privacy policy so that's a no for me.

Anyone here uses a messaging app?
