Did you even read the title or any portion of the thread? Had you done so, you'd know that this is 100% free and in beta.

Just wanted to make you aware that the site profilier is showing this error message:

There was an issue on our side and the developers have been notified. Please try again as the issue may have been fixed already.

No worries this is a new function so i'm sure theres still kinks to iron out. Please keep me posted and thanks for this wonderful tool!

So basically what is happening is its calling all the different APIs at once and if one fails, the entire this is failing. We were able to reproduce this error last night, but it seems whatever portion of the tool that was failing yesterday is not today. However, we're splitting this up so in the future if one thing doesn't work, it will just grey out that area until it does work, that way you won't get an error for the whole thing. Let me know if you're still consistently getting it and if so, send me the URL via PM. It seems to be happening randomly and or for certain domains for now, but like I said we're fixing this.

UPDATE:
Site Profiler we have been working on for the last week to speed up and fix some errors. Its much faster now and should not produce any errors. We're still optimizing it a bit further to load things in blocks right away.

Rank Tracker has been down for a few days again. Newer keywords are fine, but older ones are not being checked because there are so many keywords to check and not enough resources to check them. I apologize for this inconvenience if you are one of the ones with the older added keywords and they are not being updated. We're working on a long term solution for this issue as this keeps happening as people keep adding more and more keywords as we grow.

Any chance to solve the rank tracker issue? I guess, most people use this more than other(your tools).
And also, If you face problem then you can stop accepting new keyword or limit the new keyword.
If an old user does not get the result then they will move forward. If that happens then, what is the use of a new user?

Well, the idea is to fix it for all and allow for mass scaling. I do not want to limit people. I'm working on a large scale solution where hopefully we will never have this issue again. Sorry for the inconvenience if its effected your account if you were one of the earliest to sign up.

UPDATE:
The Video to Article tool was broken, we fixed that if anyone was having issues!

There were several issues with the site profiler, it was slow, spitting out errors etc. We've greatly optimized this over the past 2 weeks and its insanely fast now! We'll be working on adding more data to this tool in the near future.

Focusing on a complete redesign of the homepage and dashboard now! GR is currently super ugly and I'm not proud of it, so we're going to change it up and make things look better and the dashboard flow better. We are out of room for adding more tools, so figured I'd get this out of the way sooner rather than later so we can fit more and things flow and look better for you guys. Hopefully will be able to push all of the design improvements within the next 2-3 weeks.

After that, we'll be back to pumping out more tools and optimizing things further! If you have any suggestions or issues as is right now, please let me know so I can get those done while we're doing the redesign.

Unfortunately that was just bad timing. Our datacenter had tons of issues 24-48 hours ago and we had a ton of down time both on our front end and also our backend servers. Please try again and let me know if you're still having issues, but I'm 90% sure it was just the server downtime that caused this, since I can see submissions being added and its working fine as fas as I can tell.

Looking into the rank tracker graph issue though, but please PM me your keywords so I can easily look into the issue. Is is possible the keyword just isn't in the top 300 though and thats why?

I am having Issues with adding keywords to sites. It says successfully added then it doesn't get added to the list. Is this a glitch?

Just the domain, it will find the domain regardless if its a page ranking instead of just the domain homepage.

Please PM me what you are adding and your account email so I can investigate this further. I'm not having any issues, so I'm not entirely sure what would be causing that for you.

In the works very soon. We're finishing the redesign then getting back to building more tools and adding on to our existing, but this is something that has come up many times and I plan to add soon.

UPDATE:

For anyone who was experiencing any service issues, please try again. Everything is now fixed and running! Unfortunately it was more server issues and was a network problem and nothing from our doing. Finally its fixed and hopefully we don't have these issues anymore!

UPDATE:

Redesign of homepage and dashboard is almost done, should be live early next week!

I now have another one of my developers full time on this project and working on a Keyword research tool(s).

Once the redesign is done, that developer will be back to working on the site auditor.

Lots of exciting stuff coming now that I'm transitioning more into this venture each and every month, make sure you keep an eye out for new tools!

Design is great but there’re some issues on mobile such as:

• Buttons over column headers in keywords table of ranktracker so we are unable to sort them
• Expired domains panel don’t show column headers and filters

Basically all tabs on mobile have menu bar or other items that cover other items and do not help navigation
