Change the title of the post - the post title itself, or the SEO title if you are using an SEO plugin.

Then wait for Google to update their index with the revised title.

After changing the Title Use any Indexer. Within 3-4 Days Or New Title will appear

You should do a 301 redirect from the old URL to the new URL
